Delivery

Depending on the time of day you place your order, it may take up to 2 business days during normal business hours to package and ship your order. Shipping and arrival may be affected by public holidays or carrier peak periods.

Returns

We do not give refunds on goods, other than those which any faulty, so please choose carefully. Goods can be EXCHANGED if in the SAME CONDITION as when sold. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.

A customer is NOT entitled to a refund when they have:

# Changed their mind

# Found the goods cheaper elsewhere

# Decided they cannot afford them

# Know about a fault in the goods before purchasing

# Used goods for other than their normal purpose which has caused the fault
